   Hello,

I just bought my two children a incubator for Christmas. we are planning on trying to raise quail this spring. I was hoping to find a good book on how to raise quail.

While you are at it make sure you get the required permits in the meantime, to save your self the headaches later on down the road.

 I was planning on raising bob white quail. We live in Delaware, do you have a suggestion on a breed of quail we should start off with?

That would be a good one to start with. There is lots of books out there on the subject. If you cant find one at the link that Reeves posted there is a 40 page pamplet put out by Marsh Farms titled Raising Bobwhite Quail that is real good. Do a google search. Also there is a lot of good reading on here just use the search..And if you cant find the answers to your questions doing a search here, just ask.. Good Luck it is a great hobby..
