Well it's up and running the problem was the brake on the gear motor, I run a volt check and wasn't carrying enough amps. that usually means wires not right. I started from power and traced back and bingo found the problem on the 4th wire . The person whom I bought it from had it on positive ground, and wouldn't let the circuit open up.

  Probably found why the price was reasonable.  Don't tell him what you found, he may want it back!
