I've searched in internet for information about regulations on starting a hatchery and shipping day old quail and other chicks with little luck! Only thing I have found out is for a hatchery, Your equipment must be able to hold factory recommended temp and humidity, and must be in good working order.. Well, thats a given or the eggs wouldn't hatch.

I live in Kentucky which I understand I would have to hold a propagation permit ($150/yr for quail ) and be npip certified. That is about all I can find. Any input on this would be great!

Thanks for your time.
