hi,
thanks for the reply,trailbossusa, i'll keep all of that in mind.  i probably wouldn't get the 55 pound bag though, i'm expecting around 4 to 5 pheasant chicks to hatch out of 8, but i can't predict whats going to hatch, i'll just have to wait and see.  Once i go their the first time i'll probably want to go their everytime :laugh:
At the feed store they do sell other supplies besides the feed , right?
I'm happy i got a reasonable response, not like some people when you ask a question they argue with you!! :laugh:    Thanks again!!

No problem!    But plan on spending $10-$15 on the feed, and a 55 or 37 pound bag may be the only thing they carry, 23 pounds would probably be the smallest.   And yes, they have all kinds of goodies, next thing you know, you'll be raising goats, orangutans, and maybe even chipmunks!
