Question. I am getting ready to send my permit in... I emailed Lake Cumberland, where I purchased my BW eggs from, and they haven't gotten back to me. On the permit, it asks for the permit number of the previous owner. Since I bought eggs, do I need their number? Cause they didn't give it to me, and they're not emailing me back... Do I just put that I purchased 100 eggs and I have 79 live birds as of now, or do I simply say that I have 79 birds that I hatched????

Their NPIP # is..........#61-64.  It's on their website.

The ODNR paperwork is quite confussing and not user friendly. I always just filled it out to the best of my knowledge and have never been questioned.

I don't believe the paperwork mentions anything about eggs.....just birds.  I've never had to disclose any egg numbers.
