Just wanted to check an see if anyone from NC knew what permits are need in NC.  For possession, sell or other wise in NC.  I just have a birds for myself no sale at the moment but I don't wanna get myself into trouble..  So if anyone can help thanks.

When I called up Raleigh, they didn't seem to give me much confidence. After I get my permit, I think I'm gonna try to get up with the local GW and ask him what HE wants. He's the one I (we) have to satisfy.
