Homemade Aluminum Gravity Feeder

I built this gravity feeder today because I was bored and saw all the posts on gravity feeders so I decided to make one to offer more information to people!

I made the feeder from a 6 inch tall aluminum roll (YOU CAN ALSO USE A 12 INCH TALL ALUMINUM ROLL) and made the aluminum roll into a circle until it was 8 inches wide, used a hole puncher to make holes for bolts, and caped it with 8 inch aluminum pans with bolts through the sides:

I made the feed hole from an EMPTY dawn plastic soap bottle:

Then I cut a hole in the bottom of the aluminum roll big enough to fit the bottom of the bottle in, siliconed the bottom of the bottle to the aluminum, and made an interior reinforcement of clothes hangers (LOL) to hold the design.

It worked very well for me and took no time for the chickens, pheasants, or woodducks to figure out it had food in it so I hope some of you try it!
