I am trying to raise ringnecks and bobwhites for the freezer as well as train my dog. The problem I have run into is the state of NM requires a health certificate prior to shipment into the state and I am having problems finding a supplier that is willing to send it in advance so I can obtain the importation permit. Does anyone know of suppliers that will provide these? Any advice would help. Thanx
