Title: Mouse Droppings In Feed
Post by: aKirA on June 15, 2007, 01:03:22 PM
Hello all,
Well today I noticed some mouse droppings in my feed. Unfortunately there are too many to try and seperate from the feed.

Im sure it's a health concern but to what extreme? Should I just throw away the feed or will it be ok to use still?

Thanks for your time.

I would dump it.. Not so much concern of the solid waste, but the urine may have adverse reactions.

I too would dup it. Then store the new stuff in mouse proof containers.

Thanks guys. This is the first I've notice a mouse problem. I will put it in a mouse proof container.

I threw away the feed which I filled the feeders with. As far as the feed bag...I did a good skim off the top of the feed with a scooper and tossed it so it should be fine.

Thanks again!
