3 day old mexican Speckled chicks pecking each other bloody

These chicks are 3 days old and are pecking each others head until they bleed, how do I stop this? Tim

more room and red lights only way i know to stop it....when you see the blood , you might need to separate the hurt one for a while....they're like sharks......the sight of blood drives them crazy..  also might wanna out something in teh cage to help entertain them...i've put styrofoam cups in my brooder before and it seemed to help...give them something else to peck on.....put some red spots on it and see if they go for them..

ok heres what you do put some grass clippings in there also put some toilet paper role so they can go in them to hide
