 j41 Reeves i'm not making wine every day or so, i wish i would need lots of grapes to make more than 50 gallons, i'm just trying to make a few batches here and there, i really want to try dry wines, dessert wine, and sparkling wines. I'm always doing something, after i finish with the wine i'll get into cheesemaking.  At least i'll have a few bottles to share with someone if they stop by, or i might just drink it all myself.  s020
