Is there such a thing? Can it be harmful to the eggs if not kept at 60%?

Everywhere on the internet and everyone here says to start them off at 60-65% until the last couple of days and increase it to 85%... The breeder I got the Gambel eggs from said to keep them at a constant 82% throughout.
What do you think?

82% throughout the whole incubation is way too high... that would drastically lower your hatch rate. Around 60% before the last 3 days and around 70% the last 3 days has worked best for me...

I am able to get 80% humity ... but when I try dropping it some it drops to 60%. Will 80% cause a reduced hatched? I already have 13 hatched (out of 50 eggs), but they did hatch a full day early.
I only had one chick have a problem getting out and that was when it had dropped to 60%. I ended up helping it some. It was much weaker then the others at first but seem to be fine now. I am leaving it in the incubator until tonight.
