I have had a ringneck chick hatch on the 17 th
and it is the 20th it still has not started walking yet it moves its leg rapidy
but does not stand up
im new to hatching them i usually get them 1 week old
and they are fine.
Is this a bad thing that it is not standing yet or should i give it some more time

Does it appear that he has one leg that he can't get underneath himself?  He may have a splayed leg.  It can be corrected, but it depends on if it is worth the effort to you.  Most people have success using band-aids or strips of them.

It's been 5 days. If it is still not walking the thing to do is put it down, sorry to say.
