I am looking at buying a pup whose both parents are hip and eye certified what do i have to do with this pup to carry on this certification? I have heard that at age 2 I got to get x-rays and mail them to three vets and then they have to agree it is good is this correct? or since the parents both are does this automaticaly make her certified? please help thanks
