I ordered some Vitamins & Electrolytes for the birds that i got that were in pretty bad shape.  It says on the back of the package 1 8oz package for 110 gallons of water.  I am using 3 mason quart jars (little giant) to water these guys.  I searched and searched, and found some info, but not what i was wanting.

How much should i put in each quart jar?  4 Quarts in a gallon, so if i started using 1 more quart waterer, i could say how much in one gallon?

Please point me in the right direction, can you OD a bird on this stuff?  Like i said, i searched, so if yall get it by searching, please let me know what string you used.

Dont know why i am worried about it.  I was thinking these birds were on the edge of death.  I wen to check them this morning as we had a pretty good storm last night, and guess what....

I know this stuff happens for yall everyday, but i was not even trying.  I am such a newbe!!!!

Stuff I have says 100grams to 225 litres of water.
I put 1/4 tsp in one litre of water.

and no, you will not OD them.

I give them this mix a couple/few times a month for 2-3 days at a time. Mix fresh each day.

Cool, thanks guys!!

So only a few times a month for 2-3 days?  So like every other week end?

I hope this will start some of there feathers coming back.  They seem happier already.

Anyways, thanks!!

Newly hatched chicks I give fresh daily for a week.

If you wanted you can give more than twice a month. Won't hurt them.
