Hehe.... you reminded me of something... Have you ever tried barbeque quail marinated in bear and barbeque sauce? Mmm, so good... And as the meat is about done cooking, wrap them in about 3 bacon strips, and set them on the open flame... Ok, I think I'm gonna go fire up the grill...

Now here is a wee pen for Quail !
(Amherst pen is the big L section)
The Quail part is the smaller "hutch" with a 72 sq. ft. run for each side of it. All that for 4 Valley Quail !
