Title: Minnesota's Laws
Post by: Chukar Breeder on October 09, 2006, 08:49:03 PM
In Minnesota you have to have a permit to keep gamebirds over the winter. You can raise the birds and/or release them or eat them. You would also need a permit to be a hatchery or a dealer.
