Horizen Shipping Boxes for quail

Hello,
I now know that I need Horizen shipping boxes with bio filters on them,my question is the single stall nest boxes seem like they would be to high and quail could jump up and  hurt themselves,can anyone give advise on what box they use and up to how many quail can you fit in a box? I think these are good but you make a very good point. There are several others approved by the post office. I've misplaced the list and will post when I find it... maybe somebody else here can post it sooner!
