Just an up date for those that are interested on the matters of WV wild game bird breeder laws. I received a nice letter stating that 58CSR64 will be change.
This letter was dated May 16, 2005
The requirements listed in Legislative Rule, 58CSR64, are hereby waived.
Cages for brooders through adult birds may conform to acceptable and reasonable industry standards.
For your information, rules are being proposed that will reflect this language for the Commericial Propagation and Raising of Game Birds, Ranch Mink and Ranch Fox.

Yes indeed, at least I have it as a waiver in the meantime until the Rules and Regulations are re-written.
