They run a little hotter too. not much but a little. Gas prices still holding around the $3.99 to $4.09 a gallon in the 10 mile radius where I am located.
A couple of stations that have the 10% ethanol are priced $.05 cheaper per gallon.
Has anyone seen any difference beside less MPG when using the gas blended with the 10% ethanol, engine running wise?
Any pros and cons on using this blended gas in mowers and chainsaws?

Us dollar and Canadian is close to the same now. We get no breaks up here. In fact, you can buy Alberta fuels for less than I can ! Not sure of how Canada stands now, but we were the second most expensive place on this planet to live (I think it's the most expensive now ?) and Alberta is the most expensive in Canada to live. Used to be the least......till Ralph Cline took power (he is out now) and mucked up everything. When the time comes, I'll be selling this place and moving back to B.C.

Well here it is 7-23-08 and the gas prices in a 10-mile radius from my farm vary from $3.89.9 to $3.99.9 Some relief, not much when you fill up 40gallons though. Does anyone use those Fuel Link cards? Those are the ones that you obtain from certain supper market stores, like Foodland, Shoprite. The stores have certain items that have any where from, $0.01- $0.25 off per gallon of gas at participating gas stations. The cent off is good for up to 15-gallons. My wife has accumulated up to $0.97 so far and they are good for 30 days. If you don't use them, you lose them. Fuelinks MetroSplash Systems Group, Inc.http://www.fuellinks.com/The stores might be worth the visit, could save you some money on the gas purchase. Steve Pheasant Hollow Farm

I went and got gas yesterday at a partisipating Fuel Links BP station that had gas at $3.89.9 and got the first 15gallons at $2.76.9.
I had saved $1.13 per gallon. Well worth the effort shopping at FoodLand here in WV and using the Fuel links.
