Well all this  s53 we are getting is from the moisture from the SW and the cold air mass from Canada. It seems we are right in the middle of the trough.

Tonight: Cloudy. Low near 30F. Winds light and variable.

Have a nice day!

That is still to cold for me and the birds... Any sustained temps below + 5* and the birds are freezing up.

Well another dismal day here in Slate, WV. Outside temps 34* cloudy and winds Light and Varable. High for the day is 44* and an overnight low of 34*. Rain rearing its ugly face once again in the afternoon.

Ground saturation at the maximum and the ponds are close to full capacity.

More rain scheduled for the remainer of the week and into Tuesday as well.
A Light Wintry Mix of snow/rain/sleet predicted for Christmas Eve. Christmas Day looks to be some sunshine and a high of 32*

Have a nice day!

Hey Reeves, how much actual outside time can you withstand in that environment before seeking a heated shelter?

Well Steve after 50+yrs. of this stuff you get kinda used to it. Up here we actually go into 7-11s wearing Bellaclava's without robbing them.
It's just a matter of dressing in layers, and plenty of cheap booze.
