I have the GQF incubator and hatcher.....my question is, if you use the egg trays that are made for the sportsman incubator, when they get ready to hatch, do you take the eggs out of the trays or leave them in?

The GQF incubator has incubation trays to use with no lids !
you put your egg racks with your eggs pointed ends down in the trays  !!
When you get ready to hatch off you take you eggs out of the egg racks.
Then your laying you eggs down on there side in the hatching trays that have the lids for them !
Good Luck

so what you're telling me is that you DO take them outta the plastic trays that hold the upright and lay them down in the metal trays with lids?
