Changed Your Mind?

Please return your product within 30 days of your product's shipping date, which is listed on the merchandise invoice mailed to you. Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will mail you a refund check. Please include your name and invoice number when returning items.

Damaged Item?

Contact us at info@thatquailplace.com within 10 business days, following the delivery of your merchandise.  Provide a description of the item and your invoice number.  We will gladly exchange the item, provided you return the damaged merchandise to That Quail Place.
