My new flight pen has three sections, 16ftx10ft each. Seven feet tall. I have Chukar, Pheasants and Bobwhite quail. I plan to separate them accordingly. Here's my problem, with which birds can I put Coturnix quail and keep them alive?

Unless you are very lucky probably none!  Bobwhites and chukars are both very aggressive towards other kinds of birds.  Ringnecks can also be that way towards other birds.  Japanese quail are very easy going compared to any of the three kinds you mentioned and will most likely end up hurt or dead.  It may not happen at once, but I can almost guarantee you will end up with bloody quail before long!

I agree. I only have 4, but would never put them with the bobwhites or pheasants. They would be killed pretty quickly.
