Friend of mine has collected a truck load of bark for the wife's carving habit. Told him he would get two bark carvings for him and his helper (if it is the right bark).

Tree

Before pictures.

3 & 1/4" thick, after plaining to make flat on the back.

Remember me mentioning my......um.....humor ?

Apparently , the wife's is a wee bit different than mine.

I gave her a suggestion of what to carve out of these two logs.....didn't go over well   dk2

Told her she could sell them for big bucks......I guess money isn't everything  s020
