Hello all, love the information on this website! A little about me, just getting hooked on upland hunting and am trying to raise some birds to hunt more economically (preserves get expensive after a while).

I started out with full grown quail back in march and have been very successful maintaining and conditioning them. Then moved to pheasant chicks to try raising, if all goes well, will do the same with chukar. Would like to incubate and raise next year if these initial steps go well. I guess I am working in reverse order to gain experience.

Also, raising a weimaraner pup, thus the name Ghost Pointer! She was born on Christmas day 2009.
