So I checked my email last week and had one from CM Gamebird Farm out of Maine.  To my surprise, they are using a picture of my elevated floor flight pen with young chukar in their ads.

No, the chukar shown in my flight pen picture didn't come from them - I've never bought anything from them.

No, they never asked my permission to use my picture for their ads.
Yes, I sent them two emails asking about it.

No, I never got a response.

Yes - I figure they owe me something for the use of the picture and to let the ad imply that the chukar are from their stock.

Anyone else get that chukar sale email ad from CM Gamebird Farm?

I've had the same problems. Found two websites using my Bobwhite quail Pictures.  Emailed one and they took my picture off. Haven't talked to the other but plan on it soon. Maybe get a discount if I need to order eggs? People really need to use their own pictures, feels like stealing to me. agd2

Still no response to my emails so I called and spoke to Bruce directly this afternoon and told him there's a fee to use my pictures in his ads and to cease use of any of my pictures.

Was it a web ad as well? If so, you can send a take down notice to his web host and they will likely drop his whole website till it get's sorted out. I don't recommend strong arming like that, but under the circumstances (not returning your emails) I'd feel totally warranted doing so.
