Could be a hundred different things with the little bit of info posted.

Could be a bang on the head.
Feed, not the right stuff (low protein), or old feed, that may have some mold, or ?

Could be a defect in it that is just now showing up.

Could be a disease that is just getting a foot hold.....

If it dies, take to a Vet and have an autopsy done so you can treat the others before all are lost.

Thanks for the reply Reeves, I understand that it could be a hundred different things I'm just getting started with these pheasants and it's hard enough to hatch mail order eggs and I hate loosing one. I was just hoping something might be common. I'm feeding Agway game starter 26% protein I'm feeding it all my pheasants & quail hope it's not that, this bird was with with others till I noticed it was sick no signs of sickness in the others at this point. Could it be polyomavirus it looked like it had paralysis? Well I could guess forever, if it happens to any more I'll take your advice and get an autopsy.
              Thank a bunch
