Odd Ringneck Colors?

My first year breeding, incubating and raising my own pheasant.  The roosters from the eggs my pheasants laid and I incubated and raised are different color than the ones I bought from another breeder.  Can someone explain why so different?  Pictures follow.  First one has a bunch of white and blue.  Second photo has a bunch of blue feathers and the third photo shows one of my born and raised with very little blue (it's the one with the leg bands).  Are these oddities normal or are the ones I bought from another person just freaks?
