I'm trying to find some good flying quail in or near alberta canada for dog training.  I was hoping to find 50-100 birds and don't mind driving to get them.  Please contact me if you have any information as to where i might find some.

Join the above club. Then you'll be able to contact members with what you are looking for. Keep in mind many may not want to sell for dog training (keep under your hat).
The on line breeders directory is not all members, just ones that wanted to advertise on line.
