Doc says my cholesterol (the bad one) is too high.
So for diet advice, he said don't eat anything you like  ::)

It's driving the wife nuts.....she is a meat and potato sort.

You, on the other hand, need to keep your energy up, For Gator wrestling and snake wrangling in that swamp you live in !

  Slider, I didn't realize you were doing that.  Wonder who I am eating cookies and ice cream for?

  Stepped on the scales the other day to get a base weight before weighing a sick dog.  There wasn't enough room left at the top of the scale or the weight of a sick pup.  Better get off my butt and find something to hunt.

Havent you heard of those new pills that are out that takes care of all of that BAD stuff. I have cabnets full of them and they are free all you have to do is give Uncle Sam your life for a few years to do with as he pleases. Not a bad deal if you are wearing good camo..
Since your not eating the good stuff tell your wife that she can come cook for me... s020

  Had one of those, once.  She wasn't a bad cook, when it came to "healthy" food, but Turkey Ham for breakfast gets old.

  Had a younger girlfriend a couple of years ago who cooked as well as I do, but she wanted too much.  I eat plenty of good beef, Quail and fish, I just don't eat any less, when hunting season is over.

Hi all, my wife and I moved from Carpentersville, Illinois to Belvidere, Illinois to get away from the Mexican gangs. We went from 16 known gangs to four.  And we started eating more burgers from the grill. My bad cholestrerol level went from 287 to 184 in two years. Go figure. I think it has to do with nerves. I am not a doctor, nor play one on TV, but,  things are better. My Doctor cannot explain it.
 Google Carpentersville Illinois, What a piece of crap. Comprende?

You must measure differntly. Mine is something like 6.4 (the bad one).
Good one is something like 4.3 ?

So , what you are saying is, gangs are bad for your health !

Mine was 260 most of my life with no meds until I had open heart surgery. Now my Dr. wants it below 100. had it checked the other day and it was 97.
