Will you be raising for meat?
Things you may consider is time of incubation and maturity. Bobwhites will incubate around 23 days and mature in 16 weeks. Coturnix will incubate around 17 days and mature in 8 weeks.
Giant Bobwhites will weigh up to 16+ oz XLD Coturnix will weigh around 16 oz
Jumbo Bobwhites weigh less not sure on exact weight. I dont have a scale. Regular Jumbo Brown Coturnix are small. not sure on weight.
As far as taste and attitude...I prefer Bobwhites. My opinion is they taste better. And for pets...I really like their attitudes and call.

Yes they are pretty much the same. Giants may get about 1-2 oz larger then Butlers but besides that not much difference. Giants also looks to have larger wing span and tail feathers.
I recently hatched 15/30 preseason Georgian Giant eggs from ebay. the hatch rate may be better now though.

I can't speak to the giant bobs, but I have bought the jumbo browns from three different breeders on ebay and had 60-75% hatch rate. I have also had 60-70% fertility on duck eggs, pheasant and chukar. I can't say I've that good of luck from eggbid, but it has a lot to do with the USPS and handling. I have found that express mail and priority mail play a significant role as well. The best hatches I have had were expressed here rather than priority. I raise the jumbo browns, but be warned, they will eat and put any bob to shame. They will eat more in six weeks than a bob will in 16. Mine have also started laying at 35-38 days. Unbelievable!

I've had both good and bad luck buying eggs on Ebay. Just like anywhere, some sellers are not as good as others. Please don't knock everyone on Ebay just because you've had a few bad experiences.

I don't want to order any eggs through the mail. If they come through the mail I can't get them to hatch. I have gotten eggs from 4 different people on ebay and from 2 hatcheries. I'm not saying anything about the sellers I think its me LOL I'd pefer chicks Which is why I was asking about the Jumbo Bobwhite and the Jumbo Brown Coturnix I can get those chicks but I can't find the Giant Bobwhite chicks anywhere. If anyone has or know who has some of them and will ship to Va please let me know Thanks everyone

sorry im only on a small scale. also, will buying and shipping chicks be economical? it'll cost atleast $25 for epress shipping. you can get alot of eggs for that price. ;) a tip though, you might try contacting the egg sellers to see if they'll sell you chicks.
in regards to ebay, I agree with magnumhntr and woodenegg. a few bad apples doesn't mean the whole barrel is bad. I say use all the resources available to you. I shop both at eggbid and ebay. The selection at eggbid is limited. Plus I notice alot of sellers on eggbid are in fact sellers on ebay.
