s144 Trying to find out which if any small game birds will hatch their own eggs in captivity. Have raised b/w for a couple of years as hobby ready to try new birds

If the right conditions are met, all will do this.

Isolation and natural settings are key with any bird, including BW's.

I have some of the larger Bobwhites and they do it readily and they are in a wire cage with 75 others, but as Reeves and CH  said it is better with a natural setting especially after they hatch..
