Im planning on raising chukars,ringneck pheasants, and quail.  What is the right age to butcher and sell to people that put them on land to hunt them?   Thanks for any info

I raise for meat and butcher them when they mature. Coturnix at 8weeks. Bobwhites at 15weeks.
