Bought eggs from Derek. Did me right He was super curteous and has a really good price,WILL buy from him again.

candled my eggs the other day.  Had 125 in incubator. 105 from Fairchild 20 of my own. Had 99 of his fertile and 2 of mine.

why not? 2 out of 20 ain't bad.  LOL. This is why I buy my eggs off the internet .

I just have 4 hens and 1 male right now and had just put the male in 1 week bofore I pulled the first eggs. Hope they get better. I was just testing fertility with them. GOT MY ANSWER>LOL

just got my main hatch out of a still air hovabator using a chicken egg cup turner (because double r supply took 3 weeks to get my order right and send the right cups) all that said I got 53 chicks out of the main hatch and am getting more birds each day. 47 hatched in the AM and 5 hatched while I was at work. I call that the main hatch. That was monday. I had 3 more yesterday, 5 more when I got home today and cannot wait to wake up in the AM because I can hear more peeping. I am verry happy with the results. Going to move up to a turbo fan next time. I am not going to kill them this time I have a better light setup in my brooder. They are running around and eating and drinking. Have only lost 3 and that was in the first night. Thanks DEREK I will be ready for more in a couple months. Possibly 500 next time. Bro in law just bought a sportsman used and we are thinking about firing it up.
