Auction registration date format

What format is required for the date.  I don't see any example and I keep getting the 'you must be at least six years old...'.

I just checked the auctions and cant find what you describe.  There are two ways to enter the auction time.  First you can select to start now or you can manually enter the date and time you want it started.  As far as the time you see at the top of the pages I cant change that except through programming.  That time is set with the server this site is running on in California.  Also be sure you arent trying to run an auction with a time that has already passed.  If you are still having issues send me a PM and I will look into your account.
