As promised (and only two days late) I am starting back up our monthly promotions. Our February Trivia question is below. In January John had 18 birds in his pen. Two thirds (2/3) of them are female while the other third (1/3) is male. Since he had artificial lighting started one fourth (1/4) of them laid an egg in the morning while one third (1/3) of them laid an egg in the afternoon. John also found two eggs each day just before dark. During January, how many eggs did John collect and how many of his females didnt lay at all?
