Title: Bobwhites not laying

I bought some quail in November and they where about a month
Old it's now April when will the start to lay eggs.
I have 8 males and 17 females. It's my first time raising quail
I want to incubate them and turn them loose on my friends farm.
Any info would help. Thanks
