I HAVE AN OLDER HOVA BATOR. I PUT A FAN KIT IN IT. FILLED THE INNER TROUGH WITH WATER. GOT THE TEMP TO 99.5 AND A WET BULB OF 86.
WANTED TO RAISE THE WET BULB A BIT SO IFILLED THE OUTER TROUGH AND WENT TO BED . GOT UP THIS A.M AND THE TEMP WAS FINE BUT THE WET BULB WENT DOWN TO 84. ITS BEEN RAINING HERE AND IS HUMID.
WHY CANT I GET THE HUMIDITY UP ON THIS? I'D LIKE A WET BULB OF 88.

I'm not that familiar with that type of incubator but you may want to try adding a wet sponge inside to raise the humidity some. Also if it has some vent holes you could try blocking one of them some and see if that helps at all. Make sure you don't have all the vent holes blocked though. Good luck.
