Here in Texas the Fish and Game have regulations regarding raising wildlife. Does anyone here know what these regulations are?

With Red Deer you have to have a permit, but you can butcher anytime that you what. White Tail deer you can not. With quail (Bob White) I think that you can only butcher during season and then your limited to your limit. Is this right? I have the coturnix breed which are not indiginus to the state of Texas. I plan to get bobs and start raising them also.

I think once you have a game breeders permit( which is required for any gamebird including coturnix quail) you can do as you please! :D
