I placed an order back in the begining of the year for some chicks to be delivered in June or so.  They haven't delivered the chicks.  Won't return their emails or phone calls and won't return my money.  I'm not looking forward to my trip to TX to hunt them down.  I have family there and plan on making a trip to meet them in person.  

Just beware of doubeldgamebirds.  They will not deliver and won't return call, emails or your money.

Only if you make it risky.  They won't know I'll be in town.  If the circumstances look risky when I get there I'll probably just cut my losses and go on about my business (I'm not making the trip solely to confront this idiot).  Of course there will be the nagging desire to smash their windshield to bits...but we can't always act on our desires can we?

A friend of mine had major problems with these people and they won't return his e=mails or calls either. I'll bet they are out of business or soon to be.

This company's new name is "Texas bobwhite quail chicks and eggs".  They are a complete RIP OFF and will take your money and not send you what you ordered.    BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Double-D-Gamebirds is not a ripoff company. We have hundreds of happy customers. We ship tens of thousands od hatching eggs and chicks weekly during hatching season. My name is David Kennedy owner of Double-D-Gamebirds and had 3 seperated surgeries last year as my health was in bad shape but doing much better now. As for Mr. recurveman we have attempted to contact you though this message board as you will not make your e-mail public. We do not know you you are. You must have tried to contact us when me and my family was away for these medical proceedures. We certainly are not in business to steal anyones money. If you give us a call and identify yourself we would gladly refund your mony or fill your order this spring at twice the quanity as you had ordered. Give us a call @ 254-442-3076 or e-mail us @ info@ddgamebirds.com or info@quailchicks.com. Yes we built another website to add more exposure to our business not to hide who we are. I would certainly expect you to stop these horrible remarks obout our business. We supply many different growers who raise 20,000 quail per year from our chicks and eggs. I would have not even known about these remarks but a future customer called us and let us know.

I placed an order with you guys last year.  I never recieved my order.  I did get a refund 10+ months later.  It took me well over 4 months to get a refund once you told me you would send it.  

I was told at least 6 times to expect a delievery in the next week or so and never got it.  You basically put me behind a whole year since you guys were not honest with me.  

I have since met others who have had problems getting refunds from DD.  

I left multiple (10+ emails) and would never get them returned.  

I left so many voice mails I couldn't even count them.  I only got one returned call.  The older gal told me at least 5 times the check was in the mail.  I find it hard to believe that it took the USPS 2-3 months to make the delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got my money when I told you guys that I was going to my bank and notify them of bank fraud

You guys are the horrible.  I will continue to educate everyone so nobody else has to go through what I did.  

Here are the facts.

I never got my shipment.  
It took 10 months and threats to get my refund.  

Why would I or anyone else take the chance?  I won't.  I consider myself lucky just to get my money back.
