just wondering if any of the exotic pheasant breeds fly as well as ringnecks...

Some species fly as well if not better.

I think it was England that tried stocking Reeves Pheasants. Not sure who hunted who though. Nasty buggers  :laugh:

The thing about Ring Necks, they are cheap & abundant. If you are looking at another species to turn loose (illegal) you would have to spend a lot more.
