I have the sportsman 1502 incubator , I have put 100 quail eggs in it each week for 3 weeks. The first set was taken out of the turner on day 14  with a steady temp reading of 100 and a humidity reading of 50-53 % during the entire hatch. Day 15 they started hatching ,20 so far but I have roughly 10 with bad legs ,sprayed/spalded legs or what every you call it.......
Help me figure this problem out as this is a new incubator and I am losing money with low and injured quail from hatches.

I have 200 more due to hatch in the next few weeks and I need to figure this out.Help!

Sounds like cortunix. What kind of quail?  I think your humidity is to low during all of your incubation and hatching. Try using a incubation chart, there are plenty available.

common causes for splayed leg/spraddle leg are genetic and or a slippery surface when hatching

Temps and humidity are off.   In my opinion...........temp too high, humidity too low.    There are all sorts of charts availible on this forum and throughout the web.....

Here's some info from the TQP mainpage......

Newspaper is not a good idea for your incubator its kinda slick for little feet try replacing it with paper towels instead that may help your problem
