I'm a GREAT BIG bird.

« on: May 30, 2013, 08:44:54 AM »

Good morning!! I have mountain quail eggs that are due to hatch in incubator this weekend. My question is: I have a brooding Coturnix hen, she is setting tight on eggs. But only for 1 week.  Would you risk putting the eggs under her to rear? Or just keep them in the brooder?
 Thanks!!

I would personally keep them in their own brooder
