Ok, first off I can not ship.
So if your interested, you would have to come here.  Central/Eastern California, 45 mins outside Yosemite National Park.

We raised too many ringnecks last year.  Yeah, I know I blew it.  Anyway, I need to make room in my flight pens for Valley and Chukar.  So I have about 90 pheasant left from last year and am willing to make a good deal for anyone that is willing to come get them.  I am not going to make a profit off these guys, they have already eaten way more than I can get for them.  But really need to move them.  So let me know if anyone is interested.  I could even meet someone half way (In the state of CA). lol  Sorry, Reeves not that direction.

Getting real tired of eating pheasant.  Help!!!!!

Hey, I lost a karma point.  WTF

Saw this one today and had to remember where I saw it !

Pheasant Jambalaya

2 cups pheasant cooked and diced
1/2 cup ham cooked diced
2 tbsp. Salad oil
15 tiny pork sausages cut into pieces
1 cup onions chopped
1 15 oz. Can stewed tomatoes
1 cup green peppers chopped
1 cup white rice uncooked
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp. Fresh parsley chopped
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Pepper
5 dashes of Tabasco pepper sauce

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat and add vegetables.
Cook slowly, stirring often until tender.
Add all of the meats and cook for fifteen minutes.
Combine the balance of the ingredients and place into a large casserole dish.
Cover and cook for 1 hour in a preheated 350-degree oven.
