I have a couple of BW's that I kept of the winter.  I was wondering what I need to do to have them lay so I can incubate the eggs.  As of now they are all in the pen together. Inside area is 12'x8' and fly pen is 12'x13'.  Do I need to seperate them into groups in smaller gages, or can I just let them lay where they are?

I think there are 2 or 3 males and 5 or 6 hens.

I'd leave them be. Provide them with some nesting material and nesting cover where they can lay the eggs. Mine usually all lay in the same nest once one is established when colony breeding. Although, they will lay anywhere especially if the nest is occupied by another one laying an egg.
