Hello!

I am looking for a ”standard” for quails. Preferably in English or German. Is it someone who can help me?

Do you mean something like a breed standard?

Maybe someone more experienced can correct me, but I don't think there are any recognized quail breeds, just species and color variations.

We want to have the quails in shows like as with chickens. So we have to make a Scandinavian breed standard for quails, and then we would like to use another one for base.
Thank you for the book tips.

I don't know about in Europe, but over here I almost never hear about gamebird showing, except for pigeons. Quail just aren't really extravagant enough.
