Never seen this before, I have 2 of my baby quail that their noses are bleeding, not that bad but they still are bleeding. Think they have sinus problems???? HA HA
I think the other birds mght be pecking them or something. I don't think this is normal.

Sounds like your birds are pecking on each other.  Make sure they arent overcrowded and if you have the room available take those hurt birds out.  Once they start getting a taste of blood its hard to get them to stop.  You may also want to try a different source of light.  I prefer blue but red may also work as well for you.  Also try adding grass and cut apples, greens, etc to get them pecking at other things.
