Early morning pre dawn contrails on 10-20-08

Those are nice.   s47   I've counted over 40 of them, looking in one direction (pheasant hollows direction), on my way home in the mornings.   Amazing.   The clearest skies I ever saw was Sept. 11-13th, 2001.

And blue skies.  This one is for folks who think Brittanys are a close working old mans dog.

I'm still looking for the Brit in the picture...I think it's out of the frame.
Can you take a picture down toward your boots?....I think I'll be able to see it then  s020

This is what Pheasant Hollow should be doing instead of posting pictures on the web:

That's what I used to think, even though I had a few, years ago.

That actually makes for some pretty interesting wagers.

The ones I have now will hunt at 30 Yards, too, if the cover and bird population warrants, but will check cover, where I'd rather not walk.

Maybe the hot pink arrows will help!

Here is one yesterday a 5pm at the pond right behind the house. Talk about a late birth.

I had a total of 10 deer here at that time. I was suprised to see a fawn this late in the season.
