Anyone here have amish asking for quail? I have alot of amish in my area and they want quail for meat. They seem to like thier meat in small packages. Around here when they go fishing they always catch lots of bluegill and take home anything over 3". I would think you would need a razor to filet a fish that small, lol.

I kind of wish there were a bearded quail so I could call them amish quail. Actually after I get some production going I am going to advertise in the local amish stores and feed store they frequent.
